Bianchi joins Force India as reserve

Jules Bianchi will be Force India’s reserve driver this year, with the promise of some extensive running on grand prix Fridays. The Frenchman, who is part of Ferrari’s young driver development programme, has been promised outings in at least nine Friday practice sessions during the forthcoming campaign. He will get his first run in a Force India during next month’s pre-season testing with the outfit’s 2012 VJM05 car

“GANGBUSTERS”

First off! i hope these are in the right section, could'nt see an "oldie" section, i have seven of these old Lincolns,  i remember building a pair i bought back in the sixtys i got at woolworths, over the years they got broken up and trashed and i totally forgot who made the kits, all i remembered was they were Lincolns,

thankfully a guy on our old modeling site  pointed me in the right direction and i found several on ebay, all from the USA, and some in a bit of a state, the only non gangbuster one is the red touring 4 door which was a "classic range" (also have 3 Chryslers from this range but a friend is sending me a pukka busters chrysler as i type)

i always rememberd these were very nicely detailled kits and particularly loved the accessorys like booze and guns etc, i've yet to do the figures that came with the kits and all the booze is now on the back of a Mack bulldog "Beer wagon" kit

hopefully the chrysler will have the figures (capone) and the safe, i was told there was another kit in this series which was (i think) a chevy panel van (paddy wagon) and a cop with a motorcycle, but that this kit tooling had long since been either lost or converted to a hot rod kit, mayby someone can enlighten me on that one, (or better still have the kit to sellWhistling    thanks for looking

Serious questions behind the F1 glitter

The last few weeks have seen several long-running F1-related sagas slipping out of the spotlight, but that does not mean that the problems have gone away. The first is the question of whether Formula 1 should go to Bahrain; the second is about the funding of Force India. I should say straight away that Force [...]
